The 345-E is the new starter bike in 345 range. £800 cheaper than the standard 345 model, this has less range (15-20 miles), rigid suspension and standard brakes. But you still get the great design features - including the eye-catching frame and its integrated cargo shelf. The 345-E features in our 2023 list of best ebikes.

NewGen's cheaper model (vs the two standard and off-road options) is an ideal starter bike. The only major compromise is the range alongside a more standard set of brake, suspension and gear components. It's still a quality design and build.
